The week is almost over, the weekend is just ahead of us, it is the middle of the month and winter is just around the corner. The days are getting shorter, more darkness, the draw to go be active is reducing. Our commitment, at this time, to THPL has to stay strong – we have to focus on our attitude and we have to keep working every day to stay true to our journey to improved performance and have fulfillment in our lives. So how about doing each of the following at least once (or more) in the following week. Keep it light, keep focused and make sure that you are happy and THPL committed.

- Meditate
- Go for a Run
- Read a Great Book
- Take a Nap
- Stretch
- Drink a Red Bull (or coffee)
- Walk in the Woods (or just outside)
