Fitness, oh, fitness, do we ever do enough? Are we ever in the shape we want to be? What might we do if we had more time? Would we do more? And if we did more what would our focus be. So, here is a suggestion. Take the following ten components of fitness and decide if you get a pass or a fail on each. And then set out over the next three months to move some of your “fails” to pass. Yes, this is purely subjective but even though you are the judge you will find benefit from an increased focus on your areas for improvement. And you can make it fun – give it a try – you can only benefit. Here is the list – have at it!
