As each day passes we have less and less daylight, the days are getting colder, and the thrill of summer is further and further away from us. We are at a crossroads….we can start to hibernate for winter, be less active, eat more, and generally become sedentary which translates to the do less approach.. Or, we can become more active, and reverse the natural inclination to be sedentary. And one way to do this is to set a consecutive “day” goal that will be in any area of our choosing. And for as many days as we pick, five, ten or more we would do our chosen activity. This simple pattern will get us focused on a goal, will make us accomplish more and will allow us to resist the temptation to go into hibernate mode. It is time to take control – make our plan – execute on it and then do more. No hibernating for this THPL crew…..
Loving life, when doing something again and again and again.
