Enjoy the Moment

THPL bring many dimensions to our lives, and to the degree that we are successful one of them is our ability to work some level of repetition in our day to day existence.  There is the repetition of good eating habits, of regular exercise, of all other routines.  This frequency is part of the power of THPL.  But for some, repetition is boring.  So the challenge is to figure out how to enjoy the moment when doing the same thing again and again.  It really is all about perspective – we should think about how fortunate we are to be able to be on our THPL journey and that whether it is that we do something once or many times we should be in the moment, enjoy it and love it  - it our life after all, what’s not to love!
