There are some activities that members of our THPL community become quite good at and in so doing they prove the lesson that through repetition we can improve our ability and accomplish something that we might not think possible. Think of the mountaineer who summits Everest after his fourth attempt. I bet it took a lot of will to keep going back to make it to the summit. Then of course there are the rock climbers who practice on one route again and again till they master it. Or how about the dancer that continues to practice a difficult move again and again and of course there is the musician who practices a composition over and over. In all instance the common theme is that it is not the number of attempts that matter but rather that they did not give up till they accomplished the goal. It was, after all, about taking it to the next level and one of the best ways to achieve this is to be the best you can be in every attempt and to do it again and again and again. How many times will it take…..we ask ,comes down to …….as many times as it takes.
Loving life, with a million attempts in me
