The last day of 2015 and we leave the year way better than when we started. Our THPL journey served us well – we have so much to be thankful for and much to be happy with. And as we reflect on 2015 and map out our goals and plans for 2016 it is good to have a theme that will help guide our overall THPL plan. For 2016 the theme is “Shine a light on it”. There is much that we do that we can do better and better if we just dig a bit deeper, look at the situation a little harder and shine a bright light on it. The more “light” we put on our journey the more we will see and the more we will know what it is that we need to address to get better. Being true to seeing more, to using that light to help guide us is a big part of our ability to grow on our THPL journey. So, whenever we find we have hit a plateau, when we are looking for a way to improve, bring out the “light” and we can look harder at what we are doing, we can also ask others to do the same for us and we will then be enabled with all the info we need to drive to that best possible level of personal fulfillment .
