As we peer into our lives, whether on the THPL journey or not there are more days like today than there are on an epic day like yesterday. For sure there are “highlight reel” days for all of us. They can take just about any form, personal, work, family, there are many times in life when it all comes together in that moment. And then there is today – a day just like any other, with the more “regular” kind of activities, and in this day-after, I started thinking, that we need to enjoy and celebrate the days like today, just as much as the “epic” days. They are, indeed, after all ours to enjoy and appreciate. The simplicity of the day after is meaningful in its own right. And while it might take us each a moment to appreciate today, whatever today brought, we need to appreciate it none the less. It is easy to celebrate the big days, the challenge for today and tomorrow is to celebrate the regular days. Now that is a life worth living….Yup and indeed.
