What is your hill climb

My THPL journey took me up a great 7.5 mile climb – a bike ride up hill, a sustained climb, and a temp of 110 degrees.  I have ridden uphill thousands of miles and find the experience to be as hard as it is rewarding.   Today was no different, I got into a great pedaling rhythm and just cranked out pedal stroke after pedal stroke.  It was hard and rewarding, it felt challenging, yet satisfying, it reminded me that the hill climb is where THPL all comes together.  It takes practice, the right mindset, the proper physical capability and a will to get it done.  There is no better environment to put it all to the test.  And so the question for all of us on the THPL journey is what is your hill-climb?  It need not be a bike ride up hill – but it does have the attributes of riding up hill – hard, rewarding, satisfying, challenging…. Do a self-check, find your hill climb and if you don’t have one then see how you can develop one, it is the way to bring THPL to your life.

Loving life, when riding up hill
