As we progress along the THPL journey we are afforded freedom to do and choose as we see fit. We may think that we are constrained by time and “rules” but in fact we really do get to choose what we do and how we do it. Some of what we choose might be “hard” – running intervals, for example, but all of our choices do not have to cause “pain or be disliked. We can choose, activities that we want to do, that we enjoy doing. We get real benefit from bringing positive things to our life. So, then, we should do this. We should create a list of that which we enjoy doing and we should challenge ourselves to do them at a regular frequency. When we embrace this idea and the follow thru we will find that life just gets better. It is that simple. What are we all waiting for……let’s get to building that list……
