A way of living…..

On the THPL journey we have choices, and this is goodness, as long as we stay true to our focus on optimizing Life, Learning and Fitness.  And for some who are able to stay in a steady state of high performance by the way that they live their life it is a wonderful thing.  They live an active and balanced life, that is consistent and complete.  For those of us who are a bit more challenged to make THPL central to how we live, we should add structure and practices to how we embrace Life, Learning and Fitness.  We can consider all of it part of a plan, with time, frequency, and difficulty, all mapped out for us so that we can track what we do and stay committed to our goals.  By embracing this rather practical way of living THPL we can get to the right place, that same place, and as we look at it, it might actually be more satisfying than if it came easily.  One journey many paths.  All goodness….
