On a day such as Halloween where we all have fun dressing in costume, where we pretend to be someone or something else, it is good to reflect on the idea of “pretend”. Pretend – “deception; appearing to be something that we are not”. A word that is indeed not how we think about our THPL journey. On our stated path we want to move beyond pretend, we want to be committed and sincere about the way we live THPL. it is easy to pick out the pretenders - how we live matters, how we go about what we do matters, and how we treat others is noticed. THPL is about doing…..yes it is.
