There is a cross over between Life, Learning and Fitness, whereby many of the things that we do to live our version of THPL are connected. And yet we sometimes do not think about how important, for example, nutrition is for Learning as much as it is for Fitness. Then there are the exercises of the soul that improve our Learning element. And Life has impact on our ability to learn and to perform. What it all translates into is that to adequately take care of ourselves we need to focus on those actions and activities that have a holistic impact on our lives. The one’s that serve more than just a one-dimensional need. The more we do this the more we are really taking care of ourselves. We need to put effort every day into taking care of ourselves and when we do great things will happen
