The morning promise

The THPL journey starts every day, with our morning routine.  And our routine includes the time we get up and the actions we take each morning and many other personal commitments.  The quality of how we start our day affects our whole day.  Did we get up when we planned to?  Did we read, run, or do something we had decided to do?  Did we eat the proper breakfast that we know we should eat?  There are so many small points and parts to the morning that have a nock-on effect that to start “right” we need to stay focused and committed to our morning promise.  Let’s start the day as we know we should – let’s make a commitment to ourselves and deliver on it.  The day will just be better and the journey more satisfying.  A great start leads to a great end.  What could be better?
