There are some times when the journey that is THPL intersects with our work life and it brings into focus how we can benefit and learn from the essence of what we do each day with THPL. This week I spent three days in Las Vegas for our annual Aspect Customer Experience event. It was the culmination of months of preparation and hard work. Attended by ~700 people there were some great moments that reminded us that dreams and visions can come to life with the right partnership, effort, determination and follow through. It was felt so great to know that everything we stand for in THPL carries into our work life – that we have control, that the only thing impossible is that which we choose not to do, and that when we pull it all together we see that we are better than we think we are….and our customers, to a person, told us that, throughout the week. What else can you say than Yea!
