Life on the THPL journey, it is to be embraced and lived both by ourselves and the people we hang out with. And there is nothing more impactful than when we are in a dialogue and communicating with others. It is where ideas are shared, where questions are asked, where problems are solved. And there is no better way to make a real connection than when we look each other eye to eye. It is how we communicate without words……it is how we can sense how someone is feeling, what their intention is, what they are thinking. When we stay away from eye to eye contact we miss the opportunity to take non-verbal feedback to add texture and feeling to our conversation. So, let’s see how we can embrace our conversations more by looking each other in the eye when we talk. It is more than just the right thing to do – it is a most impactful thing to do.
