If you want a little help

Ahh, the time starved life.  THPL has a way of doing that to us.  We take on more, we use up our 168 hours every week, and then we decide to add more to our journey.  We tell ourselves there is always a way to fit in more, we have time that can be used, we just need to be a bit more efficient with time management. If only we could stick to our plans.  And while we rarely talk about technology it might well be that it can get easier to stay on track than ever before.  Since we carry our phones with us everywhere we can get some real time help from the likes of the “Goals in Google Calendar” feature that is there to help us.  “Goals in Google Calendar” is a little wizard tool that asks us what we want to achieve and then finds time in our schedule to do it. We can set duration and frequency for each activity, and Calendar will automatically send a notification at the requisite time.  Going one step further we can load health data from fitness trackers and then see them in the Calendar app.  Big brother is always there if we want as the app will even tweak our schedule if we fall behind on our stated goals.  Google Calendar and other capabilities like it have us covered….all we have to do is to show up and get to it!
