Black Friday and now Cyber Monday, labels that have been given to two days in the holiday season that have been created by the retail industry to influence our thinking and make us buy more goods from them. And while they have a choice to make, we also get to make our choice. Do we want to get sidetracked while on our THPL journey, do we want to just buy more stuff because that is what others are doing? It is important for us to keep true to our journey and our THPL mission – we can shop or not shop, that is not the issue – it is just about making shopping or decision and leave it at that. Here’s to loving the holiday season and our THPL journey – they can both coexist…
