making it important

If we were to consider the idea of going on a long journey, one that required significant physical capabilities, we would set out a training plan and then follow the plan to get ready for the trip.  In our mind and our heart, we know that the journey will just be easier and more accomplishable. And so, then it seems to make sense that we would think the same way about our THPL journey.  The journey that we take every day towards a sense of personal fulfillment.  To get there requires that we make ourselves strong of body (as well as mind).   Thus, we need to challenge ourselves to get our body good and strong and resilient.  Exercise, core activities, body weight movements, all become very important to the journey and we would do some form of exercise regularly, if not every day.  The benefits that we would get will be noticeable and we will be encouraged, by our results, to stay the course and make care of our body important….every day.
