the power of respect

The question that we ask ourselves on our THPL journey is how do we improve?  How do we get better at Life, Learning, and Fitness?  What do we have to do to get a level of personal fulfillment that feels appropriate to our effort, to our expectations and to our capabilities?  There are many ways that we can get there, not the least of which is practice, practice, practice.  And yet we know, that there is always more than one way to accomplish our goals.  One way, to enhance what we do starts when we bring respect to relationships that we have.  To improve we need to be getting the most we can from ourselves. To do this we cannot have energy loss or distraction.  And when we respect others and ourselves we take care of how we operate, it keeps us in a positive place and it allows us to get the maximum benefit from all that we are doing.  We lose no energy or power. We are positive, our community is positive, we just do better because we feel better.  And all it takes is good feelings about each other starting with a simple way of being based on respecting all around us including ourselves.  Oh, the subtleties of life……indeed
