By definition, the THPL journey implies movement. We go from one adventure to another, from one location to another, from one activity to another. And there are times when our journey requires some quiet time, maybe to catch up on learning, thinking, sharing. It can create the right kind of balance in our lives when done correctly. And yet, there is a risk that we can become more sedentary. It is good to stay on alert and keep focused – use our watch, our phone, or our alarm, just make sure that we get moving if we “sit” for too long. We should push ourselves to move, get up and stretch, move around, just add motion to our day, to all parts of the day so that we get the benefit from being an active person. It will keep us feeling good and alive – loving life even more.
