One of the good parts of the THPL journey is that it keeps us busy and out of the fray. And with all that is going on in the news it is easy to get distracted and pulled into the mess that is around us. Our antidote is to grab a hold of our Learning theme and find a topic (or more than one) and study it, learn about it and then engage others in a discussion about it. There are so many interesting topics that we can dig into and learn and enjoy and defend. Our time spent on whatever we pick will help us beyond just the specific topic, it will help us with the learning process, research and argument construction. So, let’s grab a topic (or two) and go after it with vigor!
