By definition, the THPL journey puts us into situations where we are given the opportunity to push our performance to the next level. It is, after all, a by-product of our focus on life, learning, and fitness. Our focus allows us to get on the path to improvement. We do this by practicing, working technique, measuring and evaluating. And when we do this we can see our results and objectively know if we are improving. From there we can look for ways to take it to the next level like hanging out with faster, smarter, more powerful people – train with them, copy them, learn from them. With the right mix of plan, execution, community, and nutrition we are well on the road to better results
