It is ok to feel good

The push to perform is part of our journey, it is in the DNA of high performance.  And the more we push, the better we do, and then the more we want to do and so on and so on.  It is good that we want to push our system and see what happens.  It is good to understand where our limits are.  And any of us who put our full effort and desire into an activity, who truly chases our potential then we need to start to appreciate what we accomplish and feel good about our progress.  Believing in ourselves and our potential needs to accompany our efforts and our results all of which then is about feeling good about our journey, it is that simple….
