So much of how we feel about what we do on our journey is measured by our perception and our expectations. And if we are not mindful of this kind of context we might find ourselves disproportionately seeking out that which is easier more often. Intrinsically, there is nothing bad with easy it just does not push us to do more, to work harder, to learn and grow. So, maybe what we need to do is to look for that which is hard to do, activities that are seemingly beyond our reach, challenges that make us work harder than normal. We get many benefits from this approach. It helps us get used to taking on challenges, it teaches us how to improve and grow and it eases our feelings about working on hard things. Yes, working on hard things is a good and earnest path it is…indeed
