There is much said that “what we do is who we are”. Seems to be such a simple concept and yet we can miss the point that being aware of what we are doing can get us to the place that we want to go (or not). For those on this journey, we have an opportunity to affect our behavior by using a simple approach such as writing down what we are doing each day and planning for tomorrow. For in the process of capturing our “doing” we start to see what is truly happening and from this “awareness” we can assess how our activities fit into what we are working to accomplish. The documenting process serves many purposes in that we can look historically at what we have done, reflect on it, work on our current life plan and set out goals and objectives for the future. Simple and also very effective. So, let’s use tools like writing to keep us accountable and open up the possibilities of what we can do when we do what we want to become, indeed…..
Loving life when I write it down
