Seems a bit odd that we need to designate a day as Earth Day. After all, every day should be Earth Day. We get to go on our journey because of mother earth and when we do and open our eyes, we experience beauty and wonder all around because we live on the Blue Planet, Planet Earth. It is a place to be protected, revered, taken care of and honored. We cannot take her for granted, rather we need to make sure that we do all that we can in favor of the earth. We need to be her steward and work to ensure that others treat planet earth as she is intended to be treated. Yes, it is earth day and yes, we can take it to the next level by making earth day, every day. Here’s to earth day and then some!
