When on our journey it becomes obvious that what we do requires energy. When we have a good source of energy we get more done, we are more effective and things just seem to go right. It is a state that we should seek out and think of regularly. We can define the schedule of activities and the approach that get us there each time – to a time when we have enough energy (or more) to do all that we want, it is after all our engine and we might as well put it to use.
