Put one foot in front of the other and the journey begins. Then we get into a groove and we start to embody what it means to live our own version of the high performance life. We key in on life, learning and fitness (and nutrition) and we amp it and then some. And then life starts to get in the way, it could be work, family, stuff, all pulling on our 168 hours, asking for more and we find our plans start to come under pressure and we have to decide how committed we are to the journey. So, as we revisit our intention and we make a commitment to stay the course let’s do so understanding that when we commit we are committing to ourselves, to our journey and it is done understanding the implications of delivering or not. No excuses, only a deep level of personal commitment to the journey and when that feels right we know we are on track and the commit will stick. Just what we needed…
