Sometimes while on our journey we have heard the saying that integrity is what you do when no one is watching. The implication being that with no witnesses, when we are the only measure of our actions, that we have the opportunity to do “it right”. And yet, it seems that there is another opportunity that might have an even bigger positive impact than that which we do on our own. Integrity appears to need a public viewing to truly show our resilience, our veracity, and the measure of the action. Integrity is crucial to a sound working system – whether manufactured or live we need to demand that the standard of integrity be integral to all that we do and how we think and how we treat each other. We have an opportunity by our actions to show to all that having integrity is a symbol for how we should act and be. It is a standard worth living for and we can all start at it right now.
Loving life when I have integrity
