It feels like a good time to get out and get some fresh air and go for a walk. We have all been inside more than ever, we have stress with all that is going on around us and we have an interminable feeling that the end of our current situation is not within our reach. It is at these moments when getting moving is really good for us. There is nothing like the combination of movement and peacefulness that settles the soul. We can do it with others or by ourselves all that matters is that we get out to walk. And we should do it regularly and without hesitation. See you out there!
