Thomas Edison once stated that “opportunity is dressed in overalls and looks like work”. And his sentiments hold true in so many ways and in view of opportunity we are challenged to figure out how to do more than we would otherwise. The body and mind at rest feel reasonably good but in that state, we miss what happens when we do more. Are we not to take advantage of whatever resources we have? To find a way to not only mine opportunity but to create it as well. It is within ourselves, to be able to do so, to make the most of our journey, to seize the opportunity and turn that thing called work into the currency that we can spend on moving in the direction of self-actualization. Yes, we know how to make the most of it – all we need to do is act on it.
