We must be clear that the word “why” can be an obstacle or an enabler. Why do I need to do that? Why does it work that way? It is our choice; does it stop us or start us? It’s way too easy to stand in judgment and to resist committing. Yet with an inspired spirit, we open the aperture when we want to know the reasons why. Curiosity operationalized in a word. A spirit that is not satisfied unless it knows more than it did before we “why”.
