As we traverse our journey, we have an opportunity to observe and learn. We can do it passively or actively. Our learning can happen by ourselves or in our community. In each learning moment, we get exposed to both sides of the argument. The “for or against” the “believers or the doubters” and in it the opportunity to take a position. To learn enough to defend our position, to build a fact base to communicate why we believe what we believe. It is important not to just stay in the middle as our progress depends on being able to communicate why we are committed to our position. The better we do it, the better we all end up because a well thought out position drives to a better overall outcome while on our journey.
