Situational Awareness

While on our journey, it is always good to have a sense of what is going on around us.   It helps with safety and security and an overall better life.  And when we are living in these idyllic paces we can, without knowing to be hit with craziness.  COVID-19 is one of these crazy moments and it has taken war on how we live, how we communicate, and how we interact etc.  The US Army has for ages, studied the concept of stress and stress reduction, and each time they find out the same lesson.  Situational awareness makes a difference: know what is around you, what to look for, and what/who to stay away from.  It seems like using the skill of situational awareness is the proper antidote, for our circumstance as it allows us to be more active and aware and safer by the result.  There is a lot to learn from others who have been through times like this and with the proper care and attention we can have a road to safety and recovery faster than we would otherwise be granted.
