Do something now

We are 22 days into our new year and there is a distinct possibility that our new year’s resolutions have faded away and we are back to our normal circumstance.  It isn’t that we are bad, or something went wrong, it just is that getting a new habit to stick requires longer than we would like it to take.  And, yet, we know we cannot leave it there.  So, we just need to get at it again.  Let’s make some progress and do something now, no reason to wait and no need to make a big long-term commitment.  A simple plan, a simple measure, and we can book some progress.  Progress builds on itself, but lest we get ahead of ourselves, let’s just make sure we got something done….now
