You didn’t see me cry at night

We start on our journey and we begin everything we do from a new job, to a race, to a new relationship with boldness and courage and confidence that belies what it is we will experience along the way.  And yes, along the way, we find ourselves challenged which is to be expected when we are pushing the envelope.   The challenges can test us, and we might think that we are the only ones feeling the difficulty in where we are.  In fact, what we are feeling, that “hard stuff”, everyone feels when they push and stretch to be better.  It is just that we do not see others cry at night.  Truth is that we all feel it when it gets hard and that is ok.  It is just part of the journey and the stretch that we feel when we push to get to a good place.  So, let’s “bring a tissue” and be ok with doing the hard things and being better for it.

Loving life when I cry at night
