On our journey there are a lot of things that we can count on. One of them are the unique people we meet while on the journey. And it is not without opportunity when we meet these interesting people. With a little bit of reflection, we realize that they all have a story to tell and we need to hear their story. We can learn so much from their stories and all we have to do is lead with some simple questions, listen intently, and keep asking questions. The more we ask the better it goes. They like telling, we like listening and all goes well.
