We start our journey each year with fire in our belly for what it is we are setting out to do. Big goals, new standards, new experiences, learnings and so much more. As we enter this week, we have just one more month remaining in 2021. An interesting and turbulent year it has been but as we think about the last month of the year, we have an opportunity to get ready for 2022. We should start outlining our goals and objectives, thinking about the new skills we need, and about the plans that are going to take our game to the next level. Now is the time to start to set the foundation for an amazing next year. It is ours to choose how we end the year and how we start next year. They are intertwined and it would serve each of us well to focus and maximize. This week is the time to do this – nothing like this moment to get ready for all that we want as we chase tomorrow.
