What is it about this journey that much of what happens is driven by that inexplicable sense of spirit that ebbs and flows along the way? We all know it. There are those days when it feels like we have a tailwind pushing us through the day. An extra surge of energy that just makes what we are doing that much easier. And while there is some sense that the spirit comes when it wants to, we are much more in control of keeping the spirit alive. It is our mindset, our environment, our community, our goals – when we align them the spirit is alive, and boy does it feel good. So, let’s work to get that spirit thing alive, no time like the present
