Not sure we can remember it any other way, but it feels like busy is acceptable and expected, and alas it is what we are growing used to. The proverbial 10 lbs. in a 5 lb. bag seems to describe life all too well. What is it about life today that it gets filled up to such a degree that we feel like we have limited flexibility in what we do? Feels like we have to make the shift from work to live versus live to work. It is after all about the choices that we make. We start with one less hour, one less task, one less meeting. We can then really think about how work is about allowing us to live better, longer, happier, and more satisfied. Yes, that’s it!
