The more we stay committed to our journey and, the pursuit of fulfillment and excellence, the more we find the choice between the “short way” and the “long way” to be more and more clear. With the right time horizon, it is obvious that taking the long way allows us to see more, feel more, learn more, become more. The short way does not have the sustaining benefits that the long way has and the only way to truly play it out to the end is to take the long way. So, let’s make sure that as we hit those moments when we are trying to figure out do we do more or less, do we push harder or not, or do we go the long way, it is clear that going the long way and what it brings is the right kind of advice we can give ourselves.
Loving life when I go the long way
