We all know that movement is an essential part of our journey. Whether it be for exercise, to get us from one place to another, or to spend time getting around with someone it is best for us to do it under our human power. Walking is so great for us to do, and it is really good for us to do it as frequently as we can and to go as far as we can go. We should aim to get at least a mile a day and make no excuses for non-performance. Walking is good for us; it is like giving ourselves a gift on many levels. We feel good when we get places under our own power and as we do it more and more frequently, we can start to build in doing it as often as possible. So, here’s to walking and loving what we do.
