For as easy or hard as our journey can be there are some truisms that we learn along the way. And while they are as obvious as the day is long, there are times when it is hard to execute on what we know and how we should live. One of the truisms that we know is that everything we do is better when we smile. It could be a smile when we are working, are out and about, running, or in the store, the list is endless and yet the impact in each instance outsized. We get a very real benefit when we smile, and it is a good reminder that it is in the simple and elegant ways that we live that make the biggest difference
