We know that being active is an important part of our journey. We also know that there is a lot pulling at us every day and grabbing at our time. With a moment of reflection, we know that living an active life is important and a priority. We get so many benefits when we are active, we feel better, we are more balanced, we have more energy and so much more. Being active can range from solid walking to playing a team sport to aerobic or anaerobic activities, all that matters is that we make a commitment to being active and we go out and do it. We can start small and grow into it and feel good about what we are doing and the behavior that it takes to stay true to our commitment. Here’s to being active every day that we are on the journey!
