The Leadville trail 100-mile race has cast excitement and fear in the hearts and minds of runners for the past 38 years. The race starts at an elevation of 10,000 feet and takes the entrants up and down the mountains for 100 miles and has been so tough that most years only 50% of the starters finish the race in the allotted time of 30 hours. The 2021 edition is setting up to be one of the most competitive in quite some time and the winner will be the runner who holds it together for the whole day, with the race really being determined in the last 20 miles. We will be out there supporting the runners and making sure they have whatever it takes to get them to the finish line. We wish everyone well and look forward to a spectacular day
Loving life when I am at the Leadville 100 as a crew member
