It makes me a better person

We think a lot about what we do on our journey and in so doing we get connected to the very traditional outcomes that we can measure quantitatively.  It is good to do this and yet we know innately that there is more.  The subtlety of the distinction is that when we reflect more on what we are doing and how it affects us as people we have the opportunity to improve who we are and what we are capable of.  Being mindful is a big part of our improvement journey which shows itself as who we spend time with, what choices we make, how we benefit from what we do, and staying true to a bigger mission of self-actualization.  We can get there, it is up to us, and better is just better.
