Get back at it

We have all been there.  We fall out of our workout rhythm, and we lose our fitness and our motivation wanes.  It is nothing to be worried about rather it is just something that we need to do something about.  Since we have a strong base of prior workout success we just have to reengage and embrace the idea that we are going to get back at it.  Starting slowly is important as we do not want to either press too hard and get injured or go so hard that we don’t enjoy what we are getting back to.  Engaging with others is also important as it gives us support and motivation to stay consistent and enjoy the effort as we share it with others.  The goodness is that getting back at it is something that we will be very happy we did.  Time to get back at it, yes indeed!
