On the ice

For each of our adventures we do more than just the activity, we bring what we know, we set it up to learn, we appreciate the moment, we aim to execute, and we reflect on what we could do better.  The goodness, for us, is that each adventure brings something different along the way.  In my most recent adventure, climbing in the Ouray ice park, we are reminded that our tools (crampons and ice-axes) allow us to do something that we would not be comfortable doing or even be able to.  We learn to trust in the relationship between the tools and our performance.  It is a great lesson for us and one that we should consider all year long.  Let’s make it a habit in 2022

Loving life learning on an adventure
