At the edge

The longer we stay on the journey the more that we need to find ways to stay interested.  We can mix it up, change what we do, try new things, and just work to feel different about what it is we are doing.  We can also, from time to time press harder and do what we do “at the edge”.  When we do this, we can find ourselves in a state of keen excitement, with a fear of danger or risk.  Our heart starts to race, we notice more of what is happening, we engage at a far deeper level, and we find ourselves truly present.  At the edge, a place to find from time to time….

Loving life when I am at the edge
