As we go along on our journey there are times when it is obvious, and sometimes, when it is not so obvious, for us to lean into an opportunity that is in front of us. In either situation, we need to be ready to jump in, establish our point of view, and take advantage of the opportunity. We can do it by making our voices heard and participating at the right level. It is all about seizing the moment and bringing our whole selves to the situation as the benefits are obvious. We cannot wait for the next opportunity, rather just make sure to capitalize on what is in front of us and making the most of it, every time, for sure.
